Karibuni Jikoni is Swahili and means “Welcome to my Kitchen”.
(in german: "Willkommen in meiner Küche")
My Kitchen is my favourite and special place.  As a Chef, this is a place where I spend most of my time and experience all kinds of emotions.

The thought of sharing this space with others was in the beginning, both exciting and frightening at the same time. It felt like inviting strangers into my bedroom, but then, why not, this is where the most personal and intimate memories are created, and they are beautiful when shared!

I invite people to cook, talk, share, laugh, dance, learn, eat, sing, interact, network and have lots of fun. Chef Carol’s Show is about us, telling our stories, presenting what we do and positively representing who we are.
